Long Yohji Yamamoto “Y’s” blazer, vintage from the Autumn/Winter 2003 collection. Made in Japan, in lightweight black wool twill with wrinkling and gathering throughout, more pronounced at the cuffs and base of the bust. Tailored waist and fitted cut, slightly flared long sleeves. Two slanted welt pockets, contrasting burgundy topstitching. Bottom of the blazer in bright red with irregular Japanese shibori dye transition. Quite experimental / avant-garde / deconstructed / archive approach.
Size: 3, but fits like an XS. The mannequin on which the blazer is shown is size S, and it is difficult to button it.
Satisfactory condition:
- Possibly missing element: snap button inside the waist
- Slight yellowing / discoloration of the inner edges at the armpits.
- Slight perfume scent
Measurements:
- Shoulder to shoulder: 40 cm
- Armpit to armpit: 44 cm
- Waist flat: 39 cm
- Collar - sleeve: 72 cm
- Shoulder - sleeve: 60 cm
- Length: 70 cm

Yohji Yamamoto “Y’s”
