✨ "Wandering Stars" Skirt – Marithé + François Girbaud – Striped Patchwork, Gray Satin & Structured Volumes – Size XL
💬 Emotional Presentation

This Marithé + François Girbaud skirt seems to tell a story of travel, freedom, and textile experimentation. Its interplay of pleated panels, graphic red, yellow, and brown stripes, printed stars, and deliberately raw finishes lend it a theatrical charm typical of Girbaud's most daring creations.

The wide, bluish-gray satin waistband adds unexpected elegance to the overall look. Its subtle sheen contrasts with the more rustic cotton and highlights the exceptional construction of this piece. With every movement, the skirt reveals new details: fabric overlays, apron effects, asymmetrical cuts, deep pleats, hidden ruffles, and artfully orchestrated plays on texture.

A rare, artistic, and decidedly collectible creation, true to the inventive and unconventional spirit of Marithé + François Girbaud.
